Animals travel in a separate compartment in the aircraft. This area is pressurized and temperature controlled.

We work with most commercial airlines, ensuring your pet has the safest and most direct routing available.

What if I am unable to drop off or pick up my pet?

Because of our worldwide alliances with other IPATA members worldwide, we are able to arrange ground transportation to and/or from the airport.

Is my dog a restricted breed?

Snub nose breeds are the most restricted for travel, and airlines vary on the breeds considered snub nose. Even if your pet is considered snub nose, many times we are able to relocate the pet using a pet nanny who travels with the pet in cabin. Some airlines have special crate requirements for those breeds more likely to break out of a crate.

Should my pet eat before a flight?

We do not recommend feeding at least 8 hours before travel to ensure the pet has digested and eliminated before travel. This will avoid sickness or soiling of the crate

How can I crate train my dog?

Crate training tips can be provided by one of our well trained staff members.

Can I ship pets other than dogs and cats?

Birds, reptiles and other exotics can be shipped on certain airlines. Typically, the export of animals other than dogs and cats require Fish and Wildlife paperwork and inspection. Our staff specializes in the research of export/import permits and documentation, as well as crate preparation for exotic species.
